High-stress creates delays & hesitation on radio feedback and implementing changes.
Grey Area Strategy trains drivers and engineering units to mentally reset and regain access to their performance before one mistake becomes five.

01 · THE GAP
Formula E teams prepare for thousands of scenarios on simulators. Yet, the race creates ones they haven’t even seen.
High-stress creates delays & hesitation on radio feedback and implementing changes.
Frustration degrades lift-and-coast timing. Over-driving post-disruption leads to wasted energy and cascading lap-time loss.
Drivers know they need to reset. Knowing how to reset isn't the same as being able to.
02 · THE SYSTEM
The biggest gap in high performance isn’t a lack of preparation or mental skills.
IT’S TRANSFER.
Athletes learn all of their mental tools in ideal, controlled conditions.
But knowing how to access those when competition turns chaotic takes engineering.
The transfer has to be trained.
I specialize in mental recovery under pressure: training athletes to fail, reset and recover access to performance in real time.
We do this by training:
03 · THE PROGRAM
Both pilot options integrate with your existing schedule without taking time away from setup development.
“Christina’s approach is very collaborative, always seeking input from coaching and support staff in order to make her work sport-specific and relevant to current technical and tactical goals. I would not hesitate to recommend her…she just might be the missing link in the team.”

04 · NEXT STEP
Telling a driver to "just forget about the last lap" isn’t a strategy.
It’s what we say when we don't know what else to do.
What if the reset on your pit wall was as deliberate as the software in your car?
